I am an integrative life coach who helps people discover who they always were. I guide thoughtful, structured conversations using tools like tarot as symbols for reflection, along with insights from psychology and ancient wisdom. My work focuses on helping people understand themselves more deeply, feel steadier in their emotions, and reconnect with what matters most to them. I don’t predict the future or provide therapy. Instead, I support insight, self-understanding, and grounded awareness through guided dialogue, genuine support, and education.

Find me on TikTok! Every Sunday, I offer Community Lives free to all who want to join. These are open group conversations where we use Tarot cards to guide thoughtful discussion about life, stress, and personal growth. These spaces are designed to help you connect with others, reflect on what you’re experiencing, and leave with practical tools you can use in everyday life.

These are private sessions using a process I call "The Actual Self," which I’ve developed through years of academic research and personal practice. Our purpose as a cohesive team is to help you reconnect with who you were before life shaped you, using tools that increase clarity, solidify your connection to purpose, and guide you to what Maslow calls "self-actualization."

One of the most important parts of our relationship is genuine connection and trust. Here are a few special things that I love to do!

Photography has always been an encouraged art form in my childhood. As I grew older, my appreciation for beauty in spaces and colors expanded. I often can’t resist stopping my car to capture a perfect picture that conveys a specific emotion. For me, photos do more than preserve memories. They represent emotional moments that might have been forgotten.

I began writing at a very young age. After becoming a mom, writing took a backseat as I navigated life's chaos. However, my passion reignited through academic writing skills honed in college. Now, I create pieces that explore emotional expression, innovative ideas, and social justice topics whenever inspiration strikes. I frequently pair my writings with my photography on social media, using one to enhance the other!

I absolutely adore the art of cooking! There’s something so delightful about the tastes, smells, and beautiful presentations. I love the vibrant colors and diverse textures, and how flavors can dance on the palate. Food presentation is definitely my favorite part, as it truly elevates the entire eating experience!
